I got aobut 10 minutes into it and turned it off. I like air war movies but it had just about every movie trope you could think off dropped in just teh beginnning. I walked in hoping "please don't let them do x, y, or z." Saw all of that shyt immediately No way I was hanging around for the rest. Just terrible writing and I was HOPING it would be good

Complete disrespect to the Tuskeegee Airmen making a movie that bad.

You know, when this movie came out, I don't think I saw one actor on the press tour with the lone exception of George Lucas. It was like HE was the star of the movie.

they should have gone ahead and cast trained stage actors in some of the roles because outside of Terrence Howard and Breaking Bad guy, cast was terrible. I'm guessing that method man, mike from the wire, neyo etc were supposed to help the box office..

It thought Miracle at St Anna suffered from poor acting too


The "edit out every Black woman in the film" decision was a stupid one and it hurt the box office..

Awful pacing and underdeveloped plots. The last half hour you can see them scrambling to wrap up the storylines.

Also, dumb shyt like Tristan Wilds' character being presumed dead then coming back during Oyelowo's character's funeral with no explanation. His entire POW subplot was extremely underdeveloped, as was Nate Parker's character being a drunk.

Didn't Michael B.Jordan's character get shot but sort of disappear at the end. Like we don't see him crash, but he's talking to them...

Did they forget to show the crash or said fukk it people know he's about to die anyway.
