I would say its going to happen this time. RDR1 had horrible code and would have been difficult to make a PC port. Plus Rockstar was still dealing with the mess of GTAIV PC port.

GTA V PC version was excellent so I don't see why Rockstar would not release a PC version. Take Two knows the game will make them more money with a PC version. They will probably wait until sales decrease on the console version and release the PC version. Most likely the PC version will be release later this year.

Well, they are apparently in a camp of people who genuinely treat them like equals so they don't necessarily need to be giving each other the "black head nod" as if they are around uncomfortable white people.
