We def going backwards cause they set too much info up about past jobs and beefs and we STILL havent gotten the true wild west. Need to kill some wild indians and shyt.

But i do think rockstar is gonna do the cross over per the connections to gta 5. A gta set in the bootlegging days wouod he epic and have jack as the protagonist there. We need to be setting up stills, running speak easys and go full boardwalk empire like homie said.

A gta/rdr hybrid is something i would like to see in future and aomething i think we will see. On some bootlegging shyt. Still will have horses and slow car chases.

But i do wanna play as hose/dutch in new game and end up as young arthur

I was thinking this is a possibility as well. The games being in the same universe is kinda void though seeing as they mention New York instead of Liberty City etc.

Perhaps they could do a game where you jump from time periods to same game world but in two different time frames.

Let's talk about single player complaints.

To the real lovers of this game, what are the main negatives/peeves about the game?

One I can think of is the fact that you can accidentally leave your weapons on your horse. Walk into some shyt thinking you have your pump action and really only have a pistol. fukk.

Also, as I've mentioned before...the lack of a hardcore game+.

The weapons thing during story mode/missions is definitely a big negative. They literally force you to use specific weapons for certain missions which I dont get at all. I also hate how when your on a horse the weapon you have equipped to your back gets automatically holstered, I wanna be riding around with that shyt strapped round my back all the time

I've also had my whole outfit changed when I died during a mission and started again from the checkpoint The game just has a habit of putting you on rails which completely defeats the purpose of it being an open world game IMO someone posted a video where this guy explains it in more detail but he was pretty spot on with everything.

Also the outfit/outfits you can store on your horse system is also flawed. My outfits always go missing from my horse for some reason.

Get one from the trapper. It's more fun to hunt animals to make one plus they generally look better than the ones you can just buy.

Game is a 10/10 for me, but

-Simple animations/button presses could have been a little smoother. Like hitching the horse or opening/closing cabinets and stuff sometimes feel clunky
- auto travel (holding "A" then going to cinematic mode) seemed to only work 50% of the time
- fast travel back to camp would have been nice
