You understand it's white people who made them rich and famous right?

It would be difficult to go back to Brazil after that plus you have to understand their culture to see why they are this way.
They are not gonna suddenly get dropped by Barca, Real et al though, then speaking out shouldnt really hurt their pockets like that

Brazil is just a horrible country from geography landscape and poverty. The poverty and drugs are so extreme that the individuals there’s are so ruthless.

I don’t think anything can change these places like South America Africa India Russia unless a major world war comes and people get displaced

I mean, I know that these might not seem like a great example, but if you look at where Russia & China were at the beginning of 20th century and how quickly they turned into world powers, you can see how quickly shyt can happen:yeshrug:.

I mean, Russia had a 20% literacy rate in the 1920s, but by the 1950s were the 2nd most powerful nation in the world, so I mean, countries can change quick, but you'd probably have to kill some folks in the process (i.e. Stalin, Mao)

90% of people here start their sentence with

“ i heard” “ i saw” “i believe”

Just shows you how little people travel here on this forum. Your doing the same shyt white people do when talking about black people. Get your passport and travel and see for yourself..

Like the last thread that was done on this the real nikkas who went to brazil or are black brazilian (like me) know that if your not about that gang life youll be fine.

If your street stupid then thats on you. And that the most important thing dont be street stupid
What kind of fukked advice is that don't be street stupid? You read this board me and 98% of this board would be dead in Brazil going after them chicks.

63.880? :shaqlughz:

shyt, don't even let me start with the hundreds of unregistered murders or people who are killed and mistakenly reported missing :ummmno:

Living in the Crossfire: Favela Residents, Drug Dealers, and Police Violence in Rio de Janeiro

By Maria Helena Moreira Alves

"We will never know the actual number of missing persons. I have heard reports from community residents that even in the caveirões(armored police truck) the police take the bodies. The killers use a knife with a blade on both sides to pull the viscera so that the body sinks into the river. So, it falls apart with the body. He does not appear again."

Another common practice of drug dealers is to burn bodies to the bone, i have also seen cases of bodies being dismembered and given to animals as feed. These numbers can reach the 100,000 mark easy! :jbembarass:

anyone got good english language articles on these state-funded death squads? i want to learn more on em

Basically they're the inheritance of Brazil military dictatorship and the militarization of the police back in the day, however, even after the end of that period the same indiscriminate extermination practices remained. In short, they're extremely violent corrupt cops on the loose doing what they want because the laws are flawed.

The application process and recruitment also is jokes, police system itself encourages corruption. Many already join with criminal records and bad backgrounds just to commit more crimes.

Some are still tied to political parties and act as private security henchmen providing protection and killing political rivals, or even other groups of corrupt cops.

DR was always more violent. it just the propaganda that been spreading about Haiti by America and DR.

Haiti is not known for being murderous hyper violent island. When Haiti skyrocket with murders its usually authorized by the U.S with the corrupted Haitian army/ paramilitary doing the dirty work

Haiti violence /murder rate increase when the U.N Occupation(2004) happen. Thats when haitians in large start leaving Haiti again

Brazil is like a bizarre opposite version of the U.S. Here our media/politicians look to scare us constantly about crime (usually in the most racist way possible) when nationwide crime continues to be/has been declining for a while.

In Brazil, even before the economy collapsed and things got out of control, the national homicide was absurdly high. In Rio, the media/government talked about what a miracle it was that the crime rate dropped from its low point in the 90s/early 2000s.

What they always neglected to mention was that the Baixada Fluminense (working class commuter cities just outside of the city of Rio's municipal boundaries) people were still living through war-like conditions, thousands of homicides a year. So yeah, Brazil has always been a bit indifferent/resigned to whatever happens to poor/black people.
