Meanwhile I don't have my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and have no idea when I will get them. That being said I never liked the Galaxy Watch and even when I'm using my S24 Ultra I still wear my Apple Watch.
This is my first smart watch so I have no point of reference otherwise but I'd be lying if I wasn't impressed with this though and I'm just scratching the surface.

Its definitely a monster...i dont ever have a need for it.
Smart watches are great for health purposes. I use Hevy on mine to track my lift reps and Nike Run Club to track my miles on the treadmill. Also I have music and audio books on it as it has 32GBs of storage. Great for alarms and timers as well.

Picked up an Oura ring to supplement my fitness tracking.

I’ve begun wearing my analog watches more again last year and appreciate the gap coverage it offers. It’s also nice to have a clean wrist when sleeping.
I can't do a ring because I lift weights so I'd have to take it off for that.
