They also had an Onkyo one for $50 more that had 7 hdmi inputs, 3 of which were HDMI 2.1.
They sold out of that one quick though so I settled for the Sony joint.
No regrets at all. It suits my needs and is future proof enough.

That's a nice place.Copped this receiver at best buy for $200 down from $350.
It has 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs, blue tooth, 7.2 surround sound outputs, smartphone control, and more.
Also picked up 2 tower speakers ($100 each down from $200) and a Sub ($100 down from $200)
They have their black friday sale running all through the next 2 weeks.
I'm going to pick up the center channel speaker and 2 book shelf speakers to hang on the walls and have a 5.1 surround set up. I'm debating on if should go ahead and get 4 book shelf speakers to complete the 7.1 surround. The wall I would put the 6th and 7th speaker is what makes it debatable for me. The way the living room is I'm not 100% sure if it'll work the way I want it to, but we'll see.
Edit: I thought the black friday sale was the entire week but I checked this morning and the prices are back to normal. Maybe they were doing a preview period and then the prices will return on black friday? We'll see. If the prices don't go back down I'll still get the additional speakers. A shame though because the boxes were huge and I figured I'll just get these and come back another day to finish off the set. They sound great though.
