Greens game is nowhere near as polished as Cades

Green is explosive but if his handle doesn’t improve he’ll be another explosive guy that can’t really utilize it like Malik Monk ,Terrance Ross, and KCP .
Ross is a good comp. I would say the biggest difference is mentality. Ross came in with the mindset of being a role player and kudos to him because he plays his role well but Green is coming in wanting to be a franchise player but their frame and ability is very similar.

I agree but Green just moves different than those guys. He got natural rhythm/body control/coordination

I’m not seeing how his handle can’t get a lot better if he puts the work in

I’d compare him more to someone like Jalen Brown who really improved his handle over the years

or a better comparison is Zack Lavine

That’s true if his handle improves he can be a Lavine type .But the issue is that handles aren’t an easy to Improve. The NBA is littered with 2s and 3s who are just having a handle away from unlocking their game ..but it doesn’t happen . And when it doesn’t happen you have a great athlete that excels in the open floor but when it’s a half court game he gotta stand in the corner and space the floor because of that limitation and that’s the downside of Green which is why I wouldn’t bet on him over Cade .

Maybe the mentality will make the difference . But it came down to T Ross not being able to create for himself off the bounce and which relegated him to what he is now which definitely can happen to Jalen if his handles don’t make that jump

i wouldn’t say Jalen doesn’t have handles. He just isn’t a PG/ ball protector type player

But he has moves that get him to the basket

I think if he can get a Paul George type handle he will be a problem

But you’re right. Some players just can’t develop that tight handle no matter how much work they put in

it’s almost like you gotta be born with it.
