I don’t know how you can attempt to argue that Better basketball is being played in the g league then big time college ball.

And you named dropped Jeremy lin
Cause college is college. The player you named to finish the G league was a stud in college. I named you players who’ve had success in the league in the past and presently. You’re comparing playing against grown men who play in the league that’s the goal vs kids who are dreaming of playing in the league one day. Clear levels

I dont see Cade being a superstar but he is the closest thing to a sure thing. He is the complete player, his main weakness is he's just a solid athlete and he's not a supernova type scorer. Grant Hill comps are off bc Grant was a high level athlete and more automatic scorer

He is like a bigger Brandon Roy

Green has the highest scoring potential but that's all he provides. I think he has the most star potential....could become a bigger D Mitchell...bc Donovan was that multifaceted at first either but learned to be

Mobley reminds me of JJJ....he will be solid but not very imposing....not a huge fan

Suggs is solid as well but more like an athletic Brogdon....

Tbh not sure if this draft has any generational talent dude, just a lot of dudes who can hop and contribute right away

I think this is a draft where late lottery dudes could end up having better careers than top lottery picks

I was never as high on Cade as others were,i dont see a generational talent....I see a good to great player but a guy who could disappoint in the pros.

I have said for months i dont see him as a a PG in the NBA.Hes not quick enough.

Lowry
Brogdon
Dinwiddie

He can play Pg on offense, he not gonna be guarding em tho

Low motor, not very athletic, doesn’t seem particularly hungry which is the case for a lot of players who have been on a similar path.

He’s a reclass, #1 ranking for a few years in high school, dominated due to his size, went to Monteverde; sounds a lot like Ben Simmons :sas1:

He should be a fine NBA player but he’s not a future superstar
I think Cade is gonna be a superstar, but i'm always skeptical of reclassers

You named a nba player that had off the court issues and got cut. And you named a washed up Jeremy Lin. This ain’t football drop that playing against grown men chit. A subpar basketball player will get cooked. His age don’t matter. If you think that stiff Henry Ellison was a stud in college then knock yourself out.

tell me how much g league you watched 3,4,5 years ago. Just because they got a handful of high school players to come recently doesn’t automatically catapult the g league to being a better basketball product Than college. Hopefully one day it will be but that day ain’t here yet.

when the likes of Jarrett jack can’t make a g league team let me know.

It’s a rumor because nobody was watching that chit and can confirm or deny :pachaha:

It was one of those scouting guys who reported it.

I always chalked up the rumor as having merit since Rich Paul and the media hyped up what Bazley did as a "game-changer" for high school kids, yet we haven't seen anyone else follow suit since :mjlol:

The league is about buckets my guy. Can’t just sniff at that type of scoring potential

Absolutely. I'm not discounting Green, theres a big chance he will be the best player in this draft. He is the one guy who has superstar potential. My only thing is will he become a great playmaker or just a big scorer....having that playmaking element is what makes you in a top 20 player

I think he can do it
