What you fail to realize, was their were at least 3 negotiations.... in the very first negotiation in 2009 Pac wanted a 23 day cuttoff. .. Floyd camp was like "no....14 day cuttoff final offer.... pac eventually said "fukk it 14 day cuttoff" Floyd camp was like "no cuttoff blood testing all the way up until the fight"

By 2011 pac camp agreed to all blood testing... Floyd demnds switched up again... see the pattern.... now Floyd wants to just give pac (a top rank fighter) 40 million with ZERO revenue...
