one thing I miss up north is when I would order lunch from an Italian/pizza spot, the lasagna would come with a salad. It balances the meal out and doesn’t filll you up like other appetizers/breads

During my weed head days, I’ve done ate dam near every junk food ever made.
My passport is tatted up from traveling in my mid 20s/ early 30s. I had food from dam near half the world.
Now in my late 30s, I’m trying my best to stay away from the doctor and prescription meds but do you homie.

I'm eating way more salads. I make my own. I am fortunate enough to live near and Aldi and a farmers market on the same road. It is a great way to incorporate various vegetables in your diet and get key vitamins and nutrients. We should eat more veggies, a lot of Black men die from colorectal cancer.
