so let me get this straight; The premise of this thread is because :umad: that Jordan is the GOAT?

:what:

Definitely not the first post of its kind and it won't be the last either. Jordan hasn't played in a decade and he still has these people all upset.

Jordan averaged 11 assists per game in the 91 finals in the same triangle and 8.4 assists per game in the 91 playoffs in that same triangle

WITHOUT shaq on his team.

:mindblown:

Are you tryin to tell me Will Perdue wasn't prime era GOAT center?

Are you tryin to tell me that putting 1992. Horace Grant instead of 99-2002 Shaq on Lakers wouldn't make the Lakes 3-peat?

Huh? :sadbron:

I hope you're not black. It would be a shame for a negro to be this ignorant about basketball.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt and thought you would not be slow enough to "google"(I know you don't watch ball 4 real) and pull up that isolated stat over 5 games.

You compared assist average over seasons to make a point about D Wade and Kobe, not an isolated playoffs. Phil's triangle fukked up everybody in 91 when Jordan finally bought into it and when the doubles and triples came, Paxson, Pippen, and Cartwright made motherfukkers pay with the soft ass jumpers. fukk Mike Dunleavy too btw

NEVER IN LIFE has Mike or any nikka averaged more than 7 assists in the triangle over a season. As a matter of fact, Mike's career assist average(excluding the Doug Collins era) should be around 6 per game and Kobe's around 5.

My point still stands lil nikka. You aint disprove nothing.

What type of person takes an anomaly and tries to disprove the norm.

:childplease:

Gear up for something you might know something about like Fantasy Football and give me the top sleeper receivers for the upcoming season.

Here's their assist stats in the triangle:

Jordan career average is 5.3 asst. with 6.1 (1992) as a season high and 3.5 (1998) as a season low

Kobe career average is 4.7 asst. with 6.0 (2004) as a season high and 4.7 (2010) as a season low

Don't debate that dude, he's weird.:jawalrus:

He completely ignored the fact jordan average 8.4 assists over 17 games in the playoffs.Wit games of 13,12,13,10,12,9,9 assists IN THE TRIANGLE offense. And wade has averaged 7 assists a game in the playoffs too.Something kobe has never done.

Kobe played the pippen role as the facilitator and primary ball handler in the triangle in his 1st go round with phil jackson as coach. So u mean a player who is playing wit the dominant shaq cant average more assists in an offense as THE FACILITATOR/primary ball handler?
:heh:

No need to look up stats.I watched the games you aint talkin to some revisionist.Wade and jordan are better passers and facilitators than kobe

Yeah. You've officially made yaself look like the slowest cat on here. Dude was right. You are weird.

You've changed your whole argument. 17 games does not compare to 2 seasons which was your original argument. My point still stands. MJ averages 6 assists in the triangle over a career. We're talking about 600 games vs 17 and you make your point based on the 17.:smugfavre:

You completely ignored my statement about how coaches did not defend the triangle properly during that playoff year because Mike finally bought into it and was able to rack up assists off easy open jumpers. You see he never duplicated those playoff assist numbers again right.

Phil will tell ya that himself

If yall new nikkas are our future, I'm moving to Barbados.

Let me ask you this, did the Bulls have a true # 1 for the playoffs in 1991. Go ahead and google it cause you don't know who it was for real.

When google retrieves your query results, ask yourself was that guy a true point guard as opposed to D Fish in his prime plus B shaw and ask yourself honestly could that Bulls PG handle having the ball as much as Fish/Shaw?
