how do we know as viewers that ronald wasn't an actor himself, and trying to trick us that this was like a truman show

I think he is…like him being a fake real contestant is a part of the gag.
Show feels like The Office with a fake camera crew filming a fake reality show as opposed to a show like Nathan for You. The story/dialogue makes it seem like he’s an actor plus the logistical nightmare that would have to be involved with pulling this off while keeping Ronald believing this was all real.
Made it to the finale, I’m an idiot.![]()
Late pass. This is hillarious. There has to be black writers on this. Because it seems authentic with the way these blsck actors are acting. The opposite of that animated spiderman show.
Oh oopsdamn you got my hopes up and made me think another season was up
Details are being kept under wraps but we hear that the theme of the new installment is David vs. Goliath. Taking inspiration from classic 1980s movies such as Animal House and Caddyshack, it is about a small business going on a company retreat, with the real, unsuspected person tested when a Goliath suddently shows up, sources said.
The bulk of the series’ creative team is back, I hear. Season 1 was executive produced by David Bernad), Lee Eisenberg, Ruben Fleischer, Nicholas Hatton, Cody Heller, Todd Schulman, Gene Stupnitsky, Jake Szymanski and Andrew Weinberg. Eisenberg and Stupnitsky co-created the series, Heller serves as showrunner, and Szymanski directs.
