Yeah
Randomly found dudes videos and my son says his name and will ask to watch his shows so I'm trying to teach his him read familiar things he knows. I haven't been to the website before though

Nor am I interested in his merchandise but I am working on my own animated kids show and store and others will follow

I was trying to get my 2yr in this “Akili and Me”. It features characters of color, but the video’s audio is sometime off, or is not a polished as it could be.

This is a tip for uncles or people who watch kids from time to time. Parents can use it too.

If the children are watching something for the second time, or 3x,etc

turn the closed captioning on, so that they can see the words that they've already heard.

Only on a big screen tv where the captioning doesn't block the picture...and only on a program that they've seen before.
Helps them become aware/familiar with how words are spelled.

This is how I grew up in regards to watching TV. Also helps you read aloud better

This may seem counterproductive but if you get him into PC gaming early, he'll very tech savvy by the time he reaches college and may develop into Software Engineer. Thats what happened with my brother. Not actually encouraging you to do that, just an example that shows you never know what kind of inspiration people will take from seemly wasteful hobbies. I felt with my daughter, it was best to just make sure she puts time and effort into her studies first and foremost. Anything else she wants to do for fun.(as long as it's safe and wholesome) is ok with me.
He already is. It's amazing how savvy He is with electronics

I'm familiar with the show, I'm subscribed to the channel.
My son likes Akili and me, actually I would like to attribute them, some of my sons surge of improvements lately. That" one one one, show me one litter finger" song he sings along too. Definitely watches that every other day or so

the more you read to them the earlier they can read.
the earlier they read the sooner they start figuring things out.

Op, I love this. My mom and dad started reading to me as a baby and I started reading in kindergarten. The one thing I do wish my parents would've done was started on foreign languages. My mom and my extended family would always buy me books, I wish I still had them so that o could've passed them down to my own kids (when I have any). I used to do this with my older cousin's son, I would teach his numbers and ABCs. So by the time he was a year old, he knew how to receive the alphabet and count to twenty.
