Re-watching The Wire in HD appreciation thread

The first time I saw the series was the HD remaster on Amazon Prime

Followed it up with The Sopranos and Deadwood

Need to cop the blurays and make the cypher complete .

Rewatch coming eventually after i finish 6 Feet Under and Rome - tryna finish these HBO classics before they leave Prime next year

yea the old format was ugly yet it still was classic.. HD just gives is a lot more vibrancy and feels more epic

David Simon had to beg to put it back on tv, only for him to drop season 4 which to me the greatest television season in history
