:jbhmm:Maybe WWE can go the Jerry Springer route and give out a disclaimer during the intro of RAW.

"For 30 years, the WWE have set the standard of Sports Entertainment. Now embrace us as THE WORST SHOW IN THE HISTORY OF TELEVISION:gladbron::whoo::whew::krs::ohlawd::ooh::noah::lupe:"

Straight up keep it a buck since they obviously don't give a fukk anymore. Just keep dropping them turds so folks and armchair bookers can bytch and moan about for decades in the making:yeshrug:

I remember when doing 3.5 million was record lows for these nikkas. It’s gonna keep going lower and lower

Vince’s reaction if it reaches TNA ratings and attendance numbers, which seems possible at the rate they’re going :picard:
Facts @Larry Legend

& @Mantis Toboggan M.D. as much shyt I’ve given TNA at least they attempted to improve their ratings regardless if it worked or not. WWE is complacent and doesn’t give a fukk at all

They lost to Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity? They lost to a midnight airing of Sportscenter? Did I read that right or is it the coquito?

If so, wrestling is really washed. Its bigger than raw. This shyt has about as much cultural relevance in 2019 as Ragtime.

TV Long View: A Guide to the Ever-Expanding World of Ratings Data

So if a bruh around your age, race, and class watches RAW, AEW, NXT, or SD you're pretty much counted anyway. Ratings were never meant to be an accurate number of viewers, they were just meant for advertisers to see where they should best use their money to catch the eye of consumers.

Basically glorified exit polls but people live and die by those after elections too.

40,000 homes is supposed to represent 327 million people? Do you have any idea how dumb that sounds?

Just seems easier to have a system where the cable box atleast monitors whos watching what for everyone. Maybe easier said than done
Nah... the day we start letting Comcast track analytics like Facebook has been, it's about to be a wild, wild world of targeted ads, political fearmongering aimed at those most susceptible to it and people willing to pay for it having your habits sold to them to do with as they please... like Facebook.

Knowing who is winning a wrestling 'war' damn sure ain't worth the wild, axis-tilted problems that could come out of allowing conglomerates the permission to record information on what you watch and release it, even 'anonymously'.

it ain't that serious though. Like I said the numbers are going to be fairly accurate with that sample size. With how close AEW/NXT has been it could be off enough to not really know who won with 100% accuracy but with something like RAW they know where it finished.

If its going to happen, it’s going to happen with or without wrestling threads. The bigger problem is using ratings as a main barometer, when its a small sample size

I agree about the sample size but the networks and advertisers haven't raised a concern about it yet. In fact prior to 2016 it was only 20,000 households but Nielsen upped it to 40,000 on their own accord.
