Austin be popping, lots of things to do. If you’re into the outdoors this city is for you. Only drawback is that there’s barely any black folks and no major sports teams

Damn near missed this one and its one of my most interested cities. I've heard good things about it, especially the food scene. Would definitely consider moving there. Shoot, I'd consider moving to Houston or Dallas too. I'd put Austin third behind those two as far as Texas cities go but Austin definitely looks like a decent city. I hear its got a nice vibe out there and I think plenty of festivals and things to do. Weather don't seem too bad either like the other Texas cities but of course not what I'm used to. Definitely in my top 5 US cities to visit list. Hopefully I take a trip out there the next few years.

Food scene SUCKS in Austin.

I live here and it’s a 6 at best

You’ll love it if your 20s were spent in a no name or very small city and you want to still feel young

Austin is a very young city to people who like college atmospheres

The live music is first class with as many festivals and bars as they have but if you’re not into/past that it’s meh

Very stark difference between the native Blacks and transplants, heavy swirling

Very large college/uni population
