Personally, no city can get above a 9 for me. These cities aren't built for us and we're getting pushed out.

Pros
—The best ADOS women reside there.
—Great nightlife if you’re into that
—AA museum and other cool places
Cons
—Traffic in the actual city of DC, and the beltway

9/10 love the DMV, took one point off cause of the stupid height restrictions in DC. Would be dope if DC had legit skyscrapers...
Can’t even get good ass weed out there no way it’s hard af to get good weed in NY let alone any. There are better places like Milan, Tokyo, Dubai I’m pretty sure there’s more but NY like a top 10 maybe top 5 city stop the fukking cap
That's two totally separate areas .. you would want to. Both cities are 30 minutes apart but there are distinct differences in both. Baltimore has their own thing.
