I plan on visiting NYC in 3 weeks, do y’all know a affordable place in Brooklyn, Harlem or Queens that I can rent? I’m only going to be in NYC for two days because I don’t want to miss that much days from work.

Try looking into an AirBnB. They generally tend to be less pricey than hotels and you still feel more secure compared to staying at a hostel. Plus AirBnBs are a good way to help you get a feel for the neighborhood life you’ll be staying in...I think Brooklyn in particular got plenty of AirBnBs.

I heard that you have to check in and out at a certain time with AirBnB so I’m a bit undecided on it. With a hotel I can at least check in and out without any restrictions.

I wouldn’t advise anything - nothing is open regularly like that for tourist purposes except on 102-19 Covid Street near Northern Blvd in Corona, NY

Or you can check around 8900 Van Wyck Expressway for direct access if you need to, call (718) 206- 6000

I understand that most places are closed due to covid. It’s been a min since I’ve been anywhere and I’m just really eager to leave DC for a bit.

I will keep a safe distance from people and have my masks on though.
