I was there last month for 3 days for a gig. Anyways, loved it. I was in the touristy area, stayed at the Bohemian on the waterfront. Coming from a dry/strict alchohol state like PA it was dope that they had designated areas where you can walk around with your drink. Nightlife is a cool vibe, lots of bars and clubs with live music.
Lots of cool little scenic parks. Very walkable. Food is good, not much in terms of diversity but good southern foods. I went to Mrs. Wilkes which is a popular southern food spot. Food itself is over hyped but it's all-you-can eat and it made it worth it.
Overall 8/10 would go back with like a shorty for a cool little getaway trip.

Lol hell yeah this shyt hotter than a big dog out here. And yeah gonna end up downtown this weekend. My homie told me Peacock, Octane, Pour Larry’s, bar bar and treehouse. She from here.

Bar Bar is my normal go to spot. Got so drunk in there St. Patrick’s Day 2018, I had to be carried out by security.
