Though I'm guessing this is almost the point where the most popular shyt has already been named.

I haven't seen the Narutos and Yu-Gi-Oh's get voted on yet. Though as broken as the tag feature has been, I could be wrong.

Expecting low vote counts on the Stein's;Gates, Legend of galactic Heroes and Monsters of the anime world, with a lot of 9's and 10's from those few voters.

The Naruto’s have been done (both lower tier) Yugioh nor Pokémon has been touched yet.

something else about Inuyasha - the US version cut the opening songs out almost completely. I guess so they can fit an extra commercial in there

The OPs convey the adventure of Inuyasha, while the ED's are focused on the drama and character conflicts (Sesshomaru at his fathers grave, Kagome on a ferris wheel by herself). All of them are great.

I actually remember how the song goes for the most part and I haven’t heard this song since adult swim. That was like what? 06 07?

I still remember that song and that shyt was fire.

I think it was around the mid 2000s when Inuyasha came on every weekday. Then later it was Saturday mornings only around 3AM back to back episodes

Final act did the series justice. Everything came full circle.

Yep. Inuyasha does reward the viewer for sticking around until the end. It's one of the better endings in shounen all things considered.

Inuyasha started very strong and has some memorable characters, but the series really needed some other main villains besides Naraku. His story got really repetitive and played out, and after a certain point the series just started meandering. Coming from a One Piece fan, that's saying a lot. 6/10.

Easy 8.

brehs from the anime thread have seen me say it, but the ending songs remind me of when I was actually satisfied with life and at peace with shyt. I'd come stumbling in at 4 in the morning high, drunk and prolly beat the fukk up and it would be just going off. These themes and Song of 4 Seasons from Samurai Champloo

Kinda bittersweet for me.

Aside from that, first and foremost.... Naraku is a fukking scumbag. :russ:

Kagome is annoying as shyt

Sesshomaru is a fukking Boss

Kagura deserved better

Miroku is a non-militant Coli poster

Kikyo>>>>>>>>>>>>

Inuyasha is an idiot.

on another note, this was a LOT of brehs first dealing with an anime story written by a woman (created, written and drawn by Rumiko Takahashi, the best selling female comic creator of ALL TIME)

I expect some low scores.

The endings were GOAT status. Reminds me of the old toonami days :mjcry:
