Top 2 Anime for me, it's between this and One Piece.
Also it's one of the few that actually has an excellent dub. Yusuke is easily the most hilarious protagonist of any anime that I've watched.

9/10. I think they rushed the ending but even so, this a great Anime, every main character had a purpose for doing what they do and it was quite a journey to see them grow, not so much in power but as people. Everyone of them came from shytty circumstance to be better than they were before they started. I can see a lot people seeing themselves and one of the characters and watching them grow and Dark Tournament was an amazing arc maybe among the best in all of Shounen. Naruto, Hunter X Hunter, One Piece and others that slip my mind all owe a debt to this show in some form or another.
