honestly though how many quality parts can you get for $300? a good power supply and a mediocre graphics card will will destroy that budget and force you to have to cheap out on the processor and mobo. that's a short term build at $300 and that's maybe buying used parts that you can't even vouch for who did what to them..

Not true, thats why AMD is king of this shyt with their integrated graphics. The A-10 has Radeon 7660 which can run just about any modern game on medium and the CPU is a quad core 3.8 but unlockable to 4.2+ all for only $129.99.

I built my system for $330 and none of the components were used. I did have a used case but i figure i'd cop a new one just for the fukk of it. I will never go back to Intel. fukk what the experts say. I have had bad experiences with them. Also starting to dig Radeon instead of Nvidia.

That A10 is a nice cpu, but I wanted a 6 core cpu for encoding multitasking while I still did other shyt on my computer.

A 6 core AMD is about as good as a 4 core Intel though. Maybe a lil less good.

Maybe but its less money, Not going to tell the difference in real world usage. Plus I like supporting the underdog. It's a win , win for me!
