Just beat it. Easily topped the 2016 remake was dope in itself. My GOTY so far I don’t see anything topping it.

I hope they release some kind of co-op or multiplayer for it. Like even a arena horde mode….
So I'm about halfway through the game and it's fantastic. The graphics, gameplay and polish are off the charts, which is par for the course with R&C games.
If Nintendo made these, it'd be one of the biggest franchises in gaming. These aren't appreciated enough.
My only complaint to this point is the Boomstick Blast challenge (Enforcer only) at Zurkie's. THAT was bullshyt.

Bro that part had me ready to throw my controller out the window.
I had to upgrade that gun and come back later. I had no chance the first time I got to the arena.
I read up and cheesed that challenge. If you stay bouncing on those jumping pads, the enemies can't really hit you. I have no shame in doing that.
Ka-Boomstick Blast was bullshyt as well. I hadn't upgraded the Warmonger at all and the six shots wasn't nearly enough, plus there's not any health in those challenge rooms...unless you're playing on Renegade Legend.
I was on Renegade Resistance, which is the second hardest difficulty, and there wasn't any health in that challenge. I read if you bumped it to the hardest difficulty, there was. So I checked, and sure enough, there were health crates spawning. Made it 10x easier and beat it on the second try. Who the fukk tested the difficulty levels on this?

Yeah, i watched someone else play it and they were getting health drops so i bumped on the difficulty to the hardest and it was easier. Smh makes no sense

Beat it today. Enjoyed the big ass gun fights but…the game as a whole just didn’t move me.
Good game but I had more fun with UYA, CiT and ToD
