What's the benefits of this? Just like a mini computer right? My boy has one with a Nintendo case. Don't know really what would I use this for. What features does it have?

People use it for a variety of things. Mine use to host pi-hole but now I just have kodi installed on it.

As long as it doesn't have transcode any of the media it should be fine. I personally wouldn't use it as a server. Just doesn't have enough power to be worth it imo.

This. And I wonder how hot these things can get pushing out a 1080 rip for two hours not to mention if you have someone else leeching off of the server as well.

But I think this also means better I individual projects that will come out of this. Would love to see more things like cheap “smart” mirror projects that can easily integrate into the home
