Britain had no authority to offer that land to anyone during wwii because the UK had 0 claim to that land in anyway
Basically every place the British empire colonized, didn’t have an established government. One of the main purpose of colonization was to exploit the resources for money, but when they left their intent was to do CAC colonial shyt by making a map, drawing their own borders how they saw fit without even asking the people that were already their.
Basically if they would’ve drawn a map that both sides agreed on, this never would’ve happened.
The Jews from the first day they set foot off the boat was all about increasing their numbers to have a majority. Then they slowly nibbled away at what land the Palestinians had. In addition they destabilized the population and consistently instigated conflict and simply blame the Arabs.
Israel has taken so much land that it’s too much to give up. Hamas knows this and would rather fight till the death than to have to deal with this bullshyt.
Their end game will be to have a ONE state solution with Palestinians integrating as the minority or the Palestinians simply give up and migrate elsewhere. Israel has been moving in this direction for decades.
