Dude gave his friend his location so he could pick him up but he came too late. Dude told his mother that his boss and his coworkers were threatening him and that if anything happened they were the ones to blame.
When his SEVERED HEAD was found a month later the police told his mother it wasn’t a homicide and that animals did it. ANIMALS somehow hunted down a healthy, 25 year old man and TORE HIS HEAD OFF!??!!
shyt makes me angry just thinking about it. This was a KKK killing or something to that effect and I hope his family gets justice and the savages who MURDERED him suffer the rest of their lives

Well Black Men have to move like Preppers and carry some sort of EDC on them other than keys and a cellphone.
He sent his location to his friend to come pick him up but by the time his friend got to the location Carter had already been. accosted and very likely kidnapped.
The man did EVERYTHING He was supposed to do, including seeking police protection TWICE and was still turned away.
This is was is so infuriating about this murder. It was like the entire fukking city was against him.
