one of the largest known killers lurking the ocean: The Portuguese Man of War.

you don't want to ever accidently brush up on one of these guys. the posion in their teneticles has like a 90% kill rate. now imagine getting tangled up with a 165 foot one. i don't think they've ever even caught an actual giant one on tape or in photos. that's how good at staying off the grid they are. :youngsabo:

i think people have explored only 10 percent of this ocean

fixed

we've been everywhere else, its easier to map things in space than it is to see whats happening at the bottom of the ocean :dwillhuh:

c/s. what's crazy to me is that 90% of the lifeforms we haven't yet discovered are underwater lifeforms.
:what:

Australia would be such an awesome trip. they have so much crazy wildlife and so much things to see there.

Except that damn near everything can kill you.

lol...even the dead ones can still sting the sh*t outta you.
funny that reminds me of being at the beach last summer when something white and kinda see thru brushed up against me in the water. i thought it was a jelly fish and i don't mess with those painful b*stards!!! i never swam that fast in my life to get out the water. later it came and wash up onshore and it was just a plastic grocery bag. :heh:
fukked up my whole day tho...
