1) "Playaz Club" was an "across-the-board" hit, even if 4-Tay was a "regional" artist.
That song made the Top 40.
2) Just because 4-Tay was a "regional" artist, doesn't mean he wasn't bigger inside or outside his region
than other artists from his region.
3) You don't know how Drake heard this song.

If they play a song everywhere but Miami to the point it becomes #36 on the Chart, that doesn't keep the song
from being a hit - it's just a hit they don't play in Miami for whatever reason.
2) Hits don't always = money, ask TLC. That's why it's stupid to use those things interchangeably.

4-Tay's reach was bigger than Dru Down or Rich's, because (again) he had a hit. That gave him more
