I don't post in this shythouse part of the forum but i had to step in for this.

That's good cause sometimes its hard for me to differentiate northern accents. I've never really been outside of London in the UK. I've been to Brighton a couple of times and Cornwall a couple of times but that's it.

Sometimes I can tell, sometimes I get confused. My kid brother went to Uni in Birmingham tho but I've never been.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
You should check out lowkey, at this point that's all he raps about.

Kinda like the British immortal technique but with a better flow.

And for me in this climate, British hip hop>american hip hop

I actually listen to Lowkey :salute:

British Hip hop is better right now simply because talent and wordplay seems to be appreciated. Yall listen to just as much trash rappers as us, but at the same time when someone comes with a message and meaning they get just as much love it seems.

I think alot if the british rappers just make music they love, just for the simple fact, they probably ain't gonns sell shyt anyway, you obviously get the blatant pop acts, but British hop hop for the most part is still underground.

Grime got bigger over here than our own hip hop ever was (which makes sense, seeing as that was our own sound).

Sheffield and north is up north. Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham, MK, etc are in the midlands.
