I’ve traveled with artists as a videogrpher one was with RocNation ...artists like that don’t book anything ..he was not on his computer booking air b&bs ..they want them to just focus on music ...their manager is given an itinerary (it will have what press they are doing and what time )...travel/accommodations are already taken care...at RocNation there are people that that’s all they do is book flights etc ...

This was booked before he even packs a bag (usually taken from the project budget)

When he got there it was the first time he saw the spot ...whoever is on his project from the label booked it while he was doing press runs and stuff
