I just don't see how any rapper, especially in a small town in Louisiana not have bodyguards, security, cops or any shooters on standby 24/7.

You'll get touch in a small town faster then in New Orleans or Baton Rouge. Word spreads so fast and you literally 5 to 10 mins away from everyone. Police aint worth shyt, they'll set u up too.
