Who said she was wrong for anything?

i mean... when people are shifting blame, calling names (like dude earlier is calling me a fool for acts of basic decency lol), thinking of darker scenarios than she even described ("oh this hoe mad she got skeeted on and dumped :skip:")....
when people sound angry for no reason you can reasonably assume they think someone did something wrong :manny:

oh and the abundancy of the "accountability" word being thrown around. how do you hold someone accountable for doing normal shyt? they clearly think she did something wrong.

Yeah we dont get our own definitions of rape. Rape is having sex with someone without their consent. You dont have to hold them down and beat them for it to be rape. If you provide consent and werent under duress then you were not raped.

A man just trying to slide in some cooch is not malicious. Being young and naive aint an excuse for you CHOOSING to fukk somebody. If you cant navigate legal/consensual interactions on your own you should stay home.

Well they have changed the definition of rape to be exactly what women are saying it is. So its imperative that we do change our definition and teach the updated definition to young men:respect:

As far as I know what I posted is the most current definition. Feel free to school me if I am incorrect.

Did she say this was her boss? If it was, this would qualify as potential quid pro quo harassment.

But separating that point, I have no reason to go to my coworker’s home by myself at 3am for “coffee” unless I knew what was up. Even in that industry of unorthodox working hours, 3am is 3am.

oh and i know you posted that you work in law and all, but you may need to brush up on your legal research my boy... qpq is not limited to bosses.

but if you are a dude you all can keke and network all night in any place tho :francis: make it make sense. how about you guys just don't be thirsty at work. that would be easier for evrybody involved.
If women have to be coddled thru poor decision making then let’s stop calling them equal
:unimpressed:

With this type of take it’s like saying “well men can go to a party and pass out drunk why can’t women?” The smart person would automatically say “because the woman is more at danger of being taken advantage of” instead of arguing that everyone should get to conduct themselves the same way. The world isn’t idealistic so be realistic

If you saw your girlfriend/boyfriend walking the opposite sex in to their room at 3 am, what are your thoughts?

You walk up and they say we just work together and I offer him/her coffee.

it’s just regular normal behavior?

Don’t go down the legal rabbit hole with me. I do employment law work. Point to where I said it was limited to bosses. I said if it was a boss this would qualify as quid pro quo situation. Now where in there did I limit quid pro quo to bosses?

However, generally speaking, it almost always involves a boss/supervisor because there must be some adverse employment action which a regular coworker generally does not have the ability to control.

if you agree that it could have been in the scenario as she described it, then you should have said less

I will never let my woman work in this type of environment.

Too much silent pressure on females by male bosses.
