Long story short is he looks the part, decent mobility (4.8 40), above average arm talent, but could clean up his mechanics and decision making. Looks good in a T-Shirt and shorts (pause), but it goes out the window when it's time to put the pads on. Guess some coach looked at him and thought he was coachable. Instead, he's stunk up the joint everywhere he's been in the league, just like in college. BUT, he's cool with Rodgers so he gets a job
