Blandino makes no sense. He says that this is what officials are directed to call, but he thinks it's the wrong call.

Not every play needs to be reviewed, but I do think personal foul calls need to be reviewed. They are the most costly penalty, other than PI, and there's a lot of subjectivity to it.
