Tatum's playmaking has really taken up another level this season
He basically has two non-shooting bigs (sorry Al Horford lol), and an inexperienced player in Jordan Walsh, and is dicing up Minnesota's defense effortlessly
Blame the rest of the NBA for trying to copy the Celtics. Everyone can't do what they do
Celtics literally have their best 8 players who can all Shoot, pass, score off the dribble, and play-make. No other team has that on their roster. Copying them will only make your team worse
Getting texts from multiple friends - lifelong hoops consumers - saying they can’t believe how awful it is watching the Celts-Wolves 3 point contest.
No matter how sophistic people keep being in framing this as “old heads want the midrange back” a lot of these games - between top teams no less - are duds in terms of watchability. I don’t know the solution, but I hope someone figures it out.
