Since the NFL broke the gentleman’s agreement and started running games every year on Christmas, NBA might as well start back putting games on Thanksgiving. What’s the worst that could happen

82 games is genuinely a lot of games. At some point I think even I as an NBA fan will lose interest in the day to day games.
Two and a half hours per broadcast x 82 games for my team plus any other games I might want to watch is a lot of time lost

Also consider that between the 30 teams, each playing 82, and playing each other at least twice... there are a total 1,230 NBA games played in a single season, before the playoffs.

So even if a random TNT game in the middle of November "only" does 1 million viewers... what else on TNT is getting a fluctuating 1-2 million viewers to tune into their bullshyt channel for 2.5 hours once a week for 7-months straight (October-May)?
