It's because the home teams tend to not draw, so taking a home game away doesn't hurt otherwise.

It's no different than why the Jags tend to host more than others in England.

The Bulls I presume in this case went because France still dikkrides those '90s Bulls teams like they never left (as they should)

If the NBA wants to really grow outside the US, they'll have to run some good games overseas

You think the NBA is gonna have an ASG overseas (outside of Toronto)
If the NBA is comfortable having their ASW air during the early afternoon of President's Day Weekend, sure. I'd say it's more likely we get an ASW in London or Paris before we see one in Miami.


I remember when they'd have NBA seasons kick off in Japan.

they should have moved mountains for it be to Bucks @ Nuggets
