Clippers offense is dog shyt ugly

They still the same team they were two years ago with that shyt offense that'll require Kawhi to average 35ppg on a 30 PER in order for them to advance past the first round. That's not good.

Powell at least gives them something different going towards the basket.

Wall & Mann should’ve closed

Lue ain't coaching shyt.

Roster full of guys who ae bucket getters and not one damn table setter...The offense becomes too predictable and easier to shut down and you have either Kawhi or PG having to save the day or pray a Reggie Jackson/other role player hot streak is in the cards.

Wall is a table setter.

But they have him give it up early to go to the corner or set screens.

I'm only half-joking with the Lue jab, but this group has been together long enough that there should be a system in play where they create opportunities as a collective.

27th in offense
24th in passes per game
25th in assists

They have one of the worst shot creation ratings in the league too.

You can blame Lue but how much do these players want to give up their opportunities for more ball movement or to allow a PG to set things up

I mean Kawhi saw first hand how great ball movement works with the Spurs or what having a capable point can do in Toronto...didn't wanna stick with either

Also, tough to get an offense running when you don't know who's playing on a nightly basis. How the hell are they supposed to develop any cohesion when it's a different lineup every game?

They should be used to that by now.

I could understand if they're guys who haven't been on this team prior to this season or aren't vets, but a lot of those guys have played together for years now and/or they've been in the league for a minute. If they had some semblance of a system that they all adhered to, it wouldn't be an issue. There should be no excuses for how dysfunctional their offense is. They have one of the least affected roster turnovers in the entire league. The only addition to their rotation is Wall, and it's not like he hasn't been in the league for a decade now.

No G-League players, no rookies, no player who's just joined the team who's inexperienced. The most inexperienced guy in their rotation is Mann and he's played over 200 games (all with the Clippers).
