Been watching the magic a lot this season and franz wagner is a black hole on offense, complete ballhog

He scores at a decent clip so they let him get away with it, but really he should be a 6th man at best. He's not going to fit well with this core they are developing.

@Thavoiceofthevoiceless clinging onto narratives and hoping he flames out in the playoffs for dear life :mjlol:
Clinging on what narrative? Mitchell can put up numbers, but so can everyone else. Step up on defense in the playoffs when it matters. That’s no different than what we’ve said about other players who are trash on defense in the playoffs.

In the case of Mobley, ask everyone and they’ll tell you he’s the key to their future, so me saying is no different than what people in the media have as well.

I have no problem admitting that I’m wrong unlike other posters. If he plays good defense in the playoffs, then I’ll admit I was wrong :yeshrug:

Bickerstaff needs some love. He has consistently gotten better as a head coach over time. The players would die for that man & his ability to transform players like Lauri & Levert into actual wings is amazing :manny:
I used to see him for years with the Rockets, and Ime with the Spurs like damn, when are these brothas gonna get a chance. I’m glad their time has come. I didn’t know JB was so young though.

Interesting player, still a project. He's clearly skilled but he can't play any traditional position. He gets beat on the perimeter a lot but you can't take advantage of him because he'll block your shot if you blow past him, and you can bully him in the post but he still makes up for it in length, he's a 2nd rim protector. So defensively he's a positive, plus player mostly.

Offensively even though he has a good handle and nice jumper, he doesn't hit enough jumpers, and he struggles getting to the rim because he's not fast. If he can become a reliable jumpshooter then he's gonna be in the league for awhile. If it doesn't happen fast, he won't be on this team soon.

Overall I like him and I think the Magic see the potential too,, but definitely a work in progress
