The amount of bad contracts on the Heat's books

Should have really tried to trade those two for a shytload of picks this offseason when their value was higher.
It's not too late either, they say Durant/Kyrie is on the market right now and other teams who have a legit shot at winning will shell out future picks.
- 2023: Houston has right to swap
- 2024: To Houston
- 2025: Houston has right to swap
- 2026: To Houston
- 2027: Houston has right to swap

They are ok defensively but Ben is a negative offensively on the floor
Small sample size, but they've got a 120.7 defensive rating to start the season, which is not only the worst in the league, it's the worst ever.
