Jalen Green looks much better than him to start the year. And that’s his direct comp….that’s his KD to his LeBron.…his Garnett to his Duncan….his Kobe to his MJ. They both have the same amount of skills and physical attributes but Ant was supposed to be slightly more talented and yet Jalen looks twice as good to start the season. He’s gotta start taking his off season training more seriously or he’ll start to fall behind his peers….

Its only 4 games and Ant has had two good games and two bad ones but even in the bad shooting games, hes rebounded well and shown some flashes of better defensive effort so I wont say he isnt still showing those skills/talent. But he also looks kind of off in general like he isnt having as much fun. That might not mean anything, but I'm thinking hes feeling the pressure of expectations a bit.

It's part of why i said this last month:

Ant will probably get more national attention but it’ll be just as fun to watch Jalen’s progression. Especially if he carries over the momentum he finished last season with.

Granted, both are in different situations... Ant is on a team with expectations for a deep playoff run in which he will have to make a leap. Jalen is on a team where the fanbase has painfully acquiesced to the tank life.

If KD is going to stay with Brooklyn they need to trade Simmons for some useful role players that can stay on the floor during crunch time. Call up the Spurs, Hornets, Pacers and get some solid pieces for him.

I was thinking the same thing. Drose was hella explosive but his movements were much more violent. It just looks so much more effortless with Ja. I seen his track Jalen Green (a super athlete in his own right) with ease….then blasted his shyt. He might athletically be the Jordan of his generation…

He reminds me of a smaller more explosive Spreewell . The aggression attacking the rim is insane.

People have been shytting on Philly so far this season when Miami has been even worse and somehow have flown under the radar. It should also be noted that Kyle Lowry has looked just as bad as CP3 with a worse contract.
