Largely irrelevant.

0 championships
1 conference title.
1 Finals appearance.

All since the merger in '76.

Does that not speak for itself?
Meh then almost half the league has been irrelevant, aren’t the Pacers a top 10 winning percentage franchise OAT? They have some legendary players to have play for them as well, shyt they a better franchise in the modern era than the Atlanta Hawks tbh

Draymond vs. Jokic is basketball crack.

That exchange where Dray blocked him down in the post, and then on the next possession Jokic hit that sky jumper on him was poetry.
That matchup in the series last year was like highest of high level basketball. Hopefully we get another series this year with healthy supporting casts.

I don't see the sense in bringing up the Hawks when they're already an established team. They're not in the Wembanyama sweepstakes (like the Pacers are), and the timeline of Trae/Dejounte doesn't really match with his, even if they were.

Out of all the teams that are a realistic chance of getting the #1 pick, the Pacers stand to benefit the most:

- no success since the merger
- a state with a rich basketball history and fanbase
- two young guards who look like they could be a backcourt of the future

It would be the best story if they land Wembanyama, imo.

The Pacers ownership doesn’t believe in tanking and instead trying to compete for a playoff spot, but this would be the year to do so.

RJ Barrett is not a NBA player. Lol anyone who says otherwise doesn’t watch the game. He’s horrendous, rigid, poor handle, lefty :hhh: .

His game is of an extremely athletic 16 year old who just started playing organized basketball
When he was tearing it up as a teen I said on here that he was succeeding because he was bullying smaller kids, and that he wouldn’t be a star in the league unless he developed other tools. He hasn’t. He’s a role player.

Closest I've seen to Kyrie's handle/flashiness:

There's no question who that guy's favorite player is.

They both have that "choppy", zig-zag style of ball-handling: it's like a non-stop stutter step.

Going to be a coli favorite in that 2024 draft with Boozer, Flagg, etc.

36 points on 64% shooting that game. 5-8 3P and an insane finisher as well.

Only 3 assists though - that's why announcers we clowning :mjlol:

Plays for Donda Academy (Kanye's school). Commit to Kentucky next year.
