Dude is averaging 26.8 ppg on 49/36/88, he's been great in the clutch all season and his team is 1st in the east. Dude is definitely an MVP candidate this year. People just don't wanna say this because it's DeMar DeRozan lol
JH will get the blame for the loss because the coli will coli, but the last two 4th quarters KD's been off and extremely disinterested on defense (vs PHI) and now offense (tonight) since coming back from protocols. Perhaps just conditioning.
Harden dropped 20pts in the 3rd and early 4th to give BK that 15 point lead with KD sitting, and Nash neglected resting him to start the 4th so he could feed KD and put the Clips away, but KD was unusually passive.
But to your point: yea, for as bad/washed up/flabby as Harden supposedly is this season.. 23/8/10 on 42/34/87 with a 22 PER, is the same ball park efficiency as Lavine, and higher than Booker and Chris Paul. BK's current issue is they have a lot of hustle guys but no spacing/shooters.
