What I took away from this Lakers game is LeBron is completely washed when it comes to being a difference maker. Lakers were running Kobesque iso plays for him near the baseline and all he could do was bull doze his way to the rim or step back for a brick 3. The old Bron would handle the ball at the top of the key and create mismatches. Lakers coaching staff has thrown in the towel and they just tryna keep the ball away from Russ and AD in clutch time.

LeBron isn't the issue.

It's everyone else.

The fact that they're defaulting to giving him the ball on nearly every possession is the issue. What team is going to have success relying on a 70-year-old man like this? When the game slows down, AD is only good for dribble-handoffs and rolling to the rim; he legitimately can't create for himself. Westbrook is out here dribbling into dead ends and shrinking the floor because he can't shoot. Nobody else on the roster can be trusted to handle the ball.

It's arguably the worst constructed team in the league, and the only reason they don't have the worst record is because the talent they do have is good enough for a win every other game.
