My Nîgga, scheduled rest days are in nearly every professional sport but football because the season was only 17 weeks. You literally wait until the coach puts up a lineup in the premier league to see who will play and all across Europe. Literally nothing will happen and there will be no lawsuit. There is nothing on your ticket that says so and so is going to play tonight. If what you’re saying had any sort of merit, that lawsuit would’ve been filed long ago. CJ literally just laid out on the circumstances for missing games, and no one would find fault with that.True, but the difference is that WWE isn’t promoting matches months in advance as the NBA does. We’re talking about potential games as scheduled months in advance the team and player already know that they aren’t playing.
Unless they’re tipping off sports in advance, they’re fukking with betting lines by doing it which is messing with a lot of people’s money. That would even piss off ESPN and TNT as well if players out on said rest which was known in advance especially with the money the league is asking for coming up.
Those networks already are on Silver’s case about load management issues which is why you hear talk of the in season tournament. CJ’s comments were the last thing that needed to be said out loud.
Lmao …on what groundsWhich was completely dumb on his part to say out loud as all it does is open's up pandoras box and opens the league and teams for scrutiny from fans and sportsbook. That means that they were manipulating fans into purchasing tickets at full price knowing well advance the days that players were going to be out on rest days.
Sounds like a lawsuit to me.
That no ring argument shouldn’t be applyed to Barkely because dude was just a freak of nature. a lot of the old heads, over a decade ago when I used to actually go to the shop, used to say Barkely was Lebron before Lebron and that’s who Lebron really compares to, Not Jordan or Kobe. A 250+ pound forward with those type of ballhandling skills is generational talent.
Would eat in any era. Jsut ran into better constructed teams. We see what happened at the end of his prime when he got thrown on a real constructed team.arguably the best player he played with in their prime was Kevin Johnson .Chuck would eat in this era
That flop of a Wiseman pick js costing the warriors dearly.
Gonna have to try to get Turner or some one in the offseason.
Random highlights I found on Twitter. Dope to see brothers still balling and getting bags
