jokic looked like robert sacre that 1st quarter. awful turnovers, passing when he should have shot and getting stuffed at the rim when a passer of his caliber should have been able to get the ball around ad to the wide open shooter in the corner.
This is why I hate NBA coverage sometimes. So much star fukking. Nobody at halftime mentioned anything about the bad parts of Jokic's half. Just the flashy numbers of 14/11. Those numbers deserve mentioning no doubt but speak on the bad too. He was also providing no rim protection either.

Jokic has been arguably the most consistent player this season, and yet folks are coming for his neck after ONE poor half.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
Hearing Jalen and Doris just wax poetic over the halftime break about how well Jokic has played just because he has decent scoring and rebounding numbers was a bit jarring. I’m a Jokic/Nuggets fan and I think he’s played terrible today. Way too careless with the ball. I guess that’s an example of the power of a narrative around his MVP campaign. Definitely not suggesting he’s not deserving of being MVP but I found that moment strange.
