Refereeing this season has been the best since zone defenses were introduced in the early 2000's. Players have adjusted on another level and the desire to play defense stands out. It's so much more contact being allowed that players have really went into their bags to get around defenders, especially in the get paint.

All these duos meeting in the playoffs might make this the GOAT NBA season

If they could only call all these illegal screens. It’s an epidemic. Creates a huge advantage for the offense.

Yeah that’s regular season but what happens every playoffs is Rudy gets played off the court cuz he can’t score at all if it’s not a dunk.

That isn’t their biggest issue in the playoffs though. Everyone around his ass on defense and that’s why teams attack as they know that everyone else can’t properly defend. Them going small isn’t going to solve that problem. Everyone else needs to step up on defense.
