Embiid definitely does have an argument over Jokic for MVP, but it has absolutely nothing to do with his defense, which is about the only inconsistent part of his game this season.

What's interesting is that Shaq/Kobe was more-so elite-level "your turn/my turn" basketball with some synergy.

Whereas Embiid/Harden (so far) is some fully synergistic and oppressive 2-man basketball ish.

Gotta see it against an elite defense tho, to see how they can defend Embiid without giving up 20+ free throws.
