Dennis Smith Jr has played great this year. He's out about a month. But he's on a 1 year vet minimum contract and they had to make room for Watford.

Didi Louzada was a cut option but he still young and on a rookie contract until 2024.

I hope we can resign Dennis Smith Jr in the offseason.

You right he is washed compared to his normal play but it gives BK another shooter and ball handler while Kyrie is crusading against the vaccine
It gives BK a guy that can run the second team when all starters are healthy and another vet leader in the locker room.

As long as Jevon Carter gone and Patty isn’t relied on to do too much, it’s a step forward bc them two were trash handling the ball
