Definitely better and more versatile, but having both may be good, just have to balance the minutes between him, Seth and Kyrie defensively.

Knowing the NBA though Joe will be trade bait this offseason even though I think there's room for everyone to play and contribute, especially since you have to rein in Ben

Most definitely, I think the only way Harris is trade bait is if they’re packaging him with those picks they got from Philly to get another high level wing that can defend.
